Run and monitor weaving, knitting or coating lines against batch specification. Log machine parameters, flag deviations and work with quality on in-process control. Textile diploma or degree preferred.
Quality Assurance

Carry out batch testing on bonding strength, shrinkage, adhesion and wash performance. Maintain test records under the documented QMS and hold any batch that fails a parameter.
R&D

Work with buyers on sampling — translate garment requirements into interlining specifications, develop prototypes and follow through to bulk approval.
Sales

Dhaka / Chattogram
Manage buyer relationships across export-oriented garment manufacturers. Handle inquiries, sampling coordination and after-sales follow-up.
