The process at a glance

Six stages, one standard.

Nothing moves to the next stage without passing the one before it. Each stage below carries its own control gate, documented under our Quality Management System.

Raw Material Selection

Every roll starts with the fibre. We source premium fibres and fabrics from trusted suppliers and inspect each incoming lot before it reaches the floor.

Specialized Processing & Weaving

Woven, circular knit, warp knit and non-woven web forming, running across the full 10 to 400 gsm band on sophisticated machinery.

Finishing & Fusibility

Coating is where an interlining earns its hand feel. Paste dot, double dot and scatter dot coating with PES, PA and LDPE adhesive, treated for optimal fusibility and softness.

Rigorous Quality Inspection

Every batch is checked in-house before it is cleared. All activities run through a documented Quality Management System complying with international standards.

Packing & Dispatch

Packed to preserve quality and prevent transit damage, on reliable delivery schedules worldwide — the best in price, quality and delivery.

Continuous Innovation & Improvement

The process does not end at dispatch. Feedback from the floor and from our buyers feeds straight back into development.

Stage 01

Raw Material Selection

Every roll starts with the fibre. We source premium fibres and fabrics from trusted suppliers and inspect each incoming lot before it reaches the floor.

Incoming inspection for strength, texture and consistency on every lot
Approved supplier list maintained under the documented Quality Management System
PES, PA and LDPE adhesive resins verified against specification before coating
Cotton, polyester and polyester-cotton base fabrics graded by weight and weave
Material traceability recorded so any finished roll can be traced to its input lot

Gate — no lot enters production without a passed incoming inspection record.

Stage 02

Specialized Processing & Weaving

Plain and twill weaving for woven stretch polyester, cotton and polyester cotton
Circular knit and warp knit lines for stretch garment constructions
Thermal bonded and chemical bonded non-woven web forming
Six product families produced under one roof at BSCIC Industrial Estate
Machine parameters logged per batch for repeatability across repeat orders

Stage 03

Finishing & Fusibility

Coating is where an interlining earns its hand feel. Paste dot, double dot and scatter dot coating with PES, PA and LDPE adhesive, treated for optimal fusibility and softness.

Dot shape and distribution controlled to resist strike-back through the face fabric
Fusible and non-fusible finishes across soft, medium and hard textures
Structure balanced against flexibility so the garment keeps its drape

Stage 04

Rigorous Quality Inspection

Every batch is checked in-house before it is cleared. All activities run through a documented Quality Management System complying with international standards.

Tensile bonding strength and adhesion tested batch by batch
Shrinkage and dimensional stability measured after wash simulation
Wash performance validated up to 90 °C, plus dry cleaning and enzyme washing
Strike-back and bubbling or delamination resistance assessed after fusing
Manufacturing maintains ISO 17050-1 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1, Appendix 6
Trim Supplier Quality Program controls on process, testing and monitoring

Packing & Dispatch

Packed to preserve quality and prevent transit damage, on reliable delivery schedules worldwide — the best in price, quality and delivery.

Rolls packed to protect coated surfaces from moisture and crush damage
Batch and lot identification carried on every roll label
Efficient production scheduling coordinated against buyer ship dates
Reliable shipping partners for local and international consignments
